Some of my friends are fostering this adorable little guy, his mom and his siblings and today, I applied to adopt him once he is old enough. My application was approved!

Catahoula leopard dogs are in part bred from the wild dogs kept by the Choctaw people native to the area. Other canines used to create this breed include bloodhounds, greyhounds, mastiffs, Beaucerons and even red wolves.
