This little man was a sweet, good boy during the entire process! This was the worst case of matting I have had in 12 yrs of grooming dogs. It shook me for a few hours after I finished but knowing he was free of this insanity and done with care made it all worthwhile submitted by /u/Peaches4U9624 to r/dogpictures [link] [comments]
My best friend passed this week. Waldo was a 14 yo dachshund whose energy and joie de vive never wavered. I'm glad I could send him off peacefully. He always had that smirk. submitted by /u/planetgonzo to r/PuppySmiles [link] [comments]

I had to let her go yesterday... She found me at a shelter in Mississippi when she was already an adult(2016). We had no idea how old she was. She wasn’t even registered on the shelters website yet. When I saw her and tried to squish my fingers through the chain links to pet her as much as I could, I fell in love. She joined our family of two. She was amazing through raising 3 kids and 5 moves. She taught my children boundaries with animals and how they communicate. She was such a huge par

The 2nd picture is from the vet yesterday, the first was just a moment ago ! On Thursday evening he started having loose potties. He had an accident in the room that night, and I had to take him outside repeatedly… I only got two hours of sleep. 😞 I woke up to him just sitting on the side of my bed, looking like he was confused & asking for help… The next day I called the vet & they were able to see me that afternoon, so I took off work. My mom actually kinda scolded me. She said I
I cannot believe I caught that pic of her smiling with the rope toy in her mouth. She was zooming around the yard so happy and it shows!! She’s always such a happy girl!!! submitted by /u/littlest_ladybug to r/PuppySmiles [link] [comments]

Rescued this precious baby 3 weeks ago. Waiting for my Embark DNA test to come back but what do you think she is? Rescue said Anatolian Mix but I have my doubts. She is very smart and trainable, loves everybody and wants to say hi to them all, loves belly rubs, played fetch without teaching it. She also has some pretty serious webbed feet. submitted by /u/Old-Rub-1112 to r/dogpictures [link] [comments]
Someone gave this guy up. To this day I can't understand why, he is as close to perfect as a dog can be. When we first went to visit him, our fawn female GD "Daisy" jumped out of the rear window to greet him with a full body wag, fully affirmed our choice to adopt. submitted by /u/RGB-Free-Zone to r/dogpictures [link] [comments]

Spent a wonderful day at the Tulip Farm and was very happy they allowed dogs in too. Our dog had a blast roaming through the fields with us. She got a little muddy, but nothing a bath couldn't fix after! Shot on the Sony A7IV with 100mm f2.8 GM Macro Lens. submitted by /u/Sacrificial_Sheep to r/dogpictures [link] [comments]
