Anyone else feels guilty when not walking their dog ?

Hello! I was wondering if people feel guilty if they don’t walk their dog.. because I do haha , I always walk up to 3+ hrs a day in the park off leash , but I maybe have got osteoarthritis and maybe it’s a body virus ( I hope ) the last 2 weeks I really have been struggling with long walks my max is now 30-50 mins 3 times a day on leash but not in the park just by the houses and streets ect. I don’t know if it’s a lot or not because everyone has another opinion haha.

But I feel guilty for walking from 1 hour and 20 mins to 30-50 mins and on a leash , I don’t know if it makes any difference but yeah. Just wanted to ask if it normal 😭 My dog is 5 years old . He’s a border collie mix with bordercollie
