Lost my Maximum last night cuz of spleen cancer

My 7 years old Great Pyrenees Maximus was suddenly very lethargic last night so I rush him to the emergency vet right away. The Vet told me that he has an internal bleeding and that the ultrasound was able to see something weird in his spleen and it look like cancer. My only option was to Euthanize him or Operate but the clinic I was in was not equipped to operate a dog of his size (120 pounds) and the nearest that could possibly accept him during that hours was about an hour or 2 away. And even if we decide to drive he will not likely to survive cuz he was profusely bleeding in the inside cuz the cancer pop. And even if we did manage to make it the surgery has a low chance of survival and that’s assuming there is only 1 cancer lump anymore than 1 is practically impossible. And even with a success surgery and chemo that Likely of survival after post surgery is about 3 months. Honestly I felt like it wasn’t even a choice and I never cried so much in my life like I did last night. I didn’t wanna make the choice but deciding to open him up was just like torturing him for maybe a 3 months more if we’re lucky. The doctor said it’s the type of cancer that grow very fast and has no symptoms until it just pop which is already a death sentence.
