what breed does she look like??

we have guessed that she is a beagle and or corgi, perhaps a jack russel terrier or an australian pinscher?? we genuinely have no clue what she is and trying to wrap our heads around it. what do you guys think she is? i should note some of her traits as in high energy, “helicopter tail”, and she whines A LOT over just wanting to go out, hungry, basic needs, etc.
