What breed of dog is our adopted precious little strawberry??

We found strawberry wandering the street as a puppy in the icy snow. Her belly was so bloated... she was just a puppy. The original plan was to help strawberry find a home after helping her get back to her healthy loving self. My wife and kiddo immediately accepted her as our family forever, instantly. It took me 3 months to warm up to the idea of adopting her. Our family fell in love with strawberry and she loves us.
