| Feeling absolutely relieved and just wanted to share. This poor guy was bitten on the tongue by a young rattlesnake and went into anaphylactic shock fron the venom. Got him to the emergency hospital within 20 mins of being bitten (thankfully we were outside and heard him yelp so we could respond right away). Vet gave him less than 10% odds even with the anti-venom due to the swelling and shock. We still proceeded with 2 vials of it and we got to take him home after a multi-day stay. Finally starting to eat as well. He's a fighter. [link] [comments] |
