I’d like to memorialize our loyal Ruby who passed suddenly yesterday at the age of 8.

Ruby was an extremely loving and loyal dog. She stood guard by my mom’s side and looked closely after her during her struggles with bipolar depression and eventual struggles with dementia. She would not leave my mom’s side until she got out of bed to start the day, even if it wasn’t until 4pm. Ruby was so affectionate and would snuggle anyone who was willing. She loved to play with kids and go for long walks outside. My family and I are crushed and will miss her dearly.
