What breed is this?

My sister has owned this dog for a few years and has never known the breed. (never met the parents or anything) What breeds could she possibly be mixed with? She’s a medium sized dog with long legs, also has a tuft of fur on her head that sticks out. My sister does plan to DNA test her at some point but curious what people would say!
