Ender, who was attacked by another dog on 6/28, has healed fantastically and is back to his happy-go-lucky self.

My parents haven't heard or seen the dog that attacked him, they think the owners may have surrendered him rather than deal with getting him vaccinated and keeping him restrained. Animal control gave them a warning, apparently they get 2 strikes and this incident is strike 1.
