Rest in peace you gentle giant

Today our beloved dog will be sent over the rainbowbridge. The whole family will miss him dearly. If you think bernese are gentle giants, he was the most gentle of them all. Happy to see everyone, loving to every creature. He looked at my mum like she hung the moon and at me like he asked if its okay to love me this much. He got very old for a bernese and we hoped till the last moment that he will be able to go peaceful while he sleeps. But cancer is an asshole. He leaves a hole in our hearts, the size of his giant paws.
