Just lost my childhood baby.

She would have been 15 in a few months.

The most gentle girl in the world. She lived with a rescue girl who sadly had to be put to rest in January who was 14 and with her little mate who will be 13 in November.

The second picture I’ve attached is one of all 3 of them years ago when they were all very young and loved nothing more than running for miles playing on the beach.

We took her to the vets yesterday as we were worried about her, thinking that yesterday would be her day, struggling to walk with her back legs (literally happened overnight!) On arrival of getting to the vets she decided that today wasn’t her day, literally started wandering around the vets sniffing everything and everyone.

The vets sent her home with some meds after a quality of life assessment and gave her the pass.

The picture of her little grey chops was yesterday afternoon when she came back home.

And then sadly this afternoon she passed away in her sleep.

Absolutely heartbroken.

I will miss that beautiful girl forever.
