Moving to USA with dogs from Brazil

Hello! Hope this is ok? I am currently looking for advice on how the process to move to the USA from brazil with my dogs could be? I have done a lot of research but have found mostly contradicting information. Some places will say that all I need is to get them the internationally recognized vaccines and microchipping as well as a overall heath/blood exam document, others say that I will need to book a vet at the usa airport... some mention a form i need to fill out, others say i need to pay an import fee... if states matter, we are going to Texas :) I am sorry if this makes little sense, and if there is any info I should provide that I haven't let me know and I will gladly do so!
