my dog flopping over to look at me and being too drugged to pick her head back up after being sedated at the vet today

This is my 14 year old cockapoo, Ella. All is well, just had to get a deep ear cleaning because she’s dealing with a gnarly infection. Just couldn’t get over the derpiness. I love her. 🥹
