What kind of dog do you this guy is?

Picked this guy up at the SPCA today. He’s very sweet. The SPCA sheet said shepherd mix in one place and black mouth cur mix in another. He doesn’t really look like either of these to me; more like a Rottweiler mixed with a Miniature Bull Terrier—that nose! He’s about three months and already 25 lbs. any insights on his breed would be appreciated.
