My dog is an idiot, so after a $1200 er visit..this is his punishment..I think he can pull it off

My dog just likes to stick his head in bushes to see what is in there. Well after something got stuck in his eye and then the ER visit and medications, I needed some insurance. You can see his left eye still hasn't fully healed

What do you guys think..can he pull it off?
