Every single night my dog wiggles her way behind my back and it’s driving me literally insane can someone help with advice?!

She’s literally smashed between my low back and the couch in this pic.

I found her last fall dumped on my land. I kept her, she’s sweet but very needy. I get she wants to sleep as close as possible to me but I literally cannot have her behind my back. I have a back injury and she creeps in when I’m asleep and I wake up in so much pain!! Or she does it and it’s hot and I don’t like it. Also I don’t want to literally roll over and crush her.

I’m about to just start crating her but I feel bad. I try and lock her out of my room at night and she sits at my door and cries. I pick her up, move her to the end of the bed, she literally comes right back. I am losing my mind. Does anyone have this problem or any suggestions??
