The best selfie I ever took had my boy General in it. I had to say farewell to him today. He was 17.

We adopted him back in 2007. He was a few months old and had been abandoned in a parking lot. He had a permanent kink in his tail from it being broken before we got him and had healed incorrectly. His full name was General Lee because I’m a big fan a Dukes of Hazard and there is nothing more southern than a great hound dog. I love you boy and can’t wait until I see you again.
