Need a potato-related name!

She's currently named Au Gratin, one of 5 potato-related names given to a litter of abandoned pups. We want to change her name but keep the potato theme.

So many great potato names out there, but they seem more boy appropriate (Russet, Yukon, Tater, Spud). What do you name a girl potato??
