Laying my dog to rest tomorrow.

A pic of him from recently and two pics of him as a pup. He is 15 years old. Vet is coming to our house to make it easier for everyone, especially him. He has one extra toe, beautiful copper eyes, and a loyalty like no other. Hard but necessary decision. Just need some love, and tips on how to handle the process with the vet tomorrow.
