What should we name this little guy?

My friend rescued this little pooch from the shelter! No one wanted him because of the big scars on his back from being abused as a puppy. 😔 Heartbreaking how cruel people can be.

He is such a sweet boy and my friend is taking him home tomorrow! He doesn't have a real name so we want to find a good name for him. Maybe something that relates to his scars but in a positive way?
