What breed would you say I am? I am a Romanian rescue found in a plastic bag with her brothers and sisters

Her name is Sadie and we’d love to hear what breed you think she might be, she is from Romania (adopted in England with us). She was found in a plastic bag with her brothers and sisters, one of whom lived and is also living in England very happily! The pics are newest to oldest, she has always looked like a puppy! We even get asked if she’s a puppy when we’re out with her!! We’d love to hear your opinions!
