My sweet girl turned a year old last week!!

i told my hubby last summer i was “just looking” at the puppies our local shelter had… then i was “just asking” about this litter of puppies being fostered. two of the three were identical girl pups named Elsa and Sierra.

i meant to email about Elsa but emailed a response to Sierra on accident. all the puppies were spoken for, but the day she was supposed to be adopted, the adoptee found another puppy that was scheduled to be euthanized a few hours away, and adopted that pup instead - so we ended up taking Sierra in that weekend!!

Sierra is now named Iris, and she is a bundle of love!
