Help me which her BREED

Hello everyone!!

So on thanksgiving morning! This cute was outside of my home she looked lost and scared! That Wednesday night I heard howling from a distance I am thinking it was from here.. she was in very poor condition super skinny and boney! I decided to keep her!! She’s the most sweetest and playful pet ever. She looks like she can be an Australian mix with something ? What do you guys think!!!? Btw she had severe diarrhea I have taken her to the vet and she had terrible parasites and also has Lyme disease. But no worries, she's currently being treated. Not only did I save her, but she also did save me!! I just wanted to share some delight and how my thanksgiving went!! Here she is.... The vet said she's pretty young a few years old.. :)
