New GSD Mix Eating Issue

Hi Everyone,

My fiancé and I recently adopted a new GSD mixed puppy, and she has an issue with shredding any stuffed toys or beds and trying to eat them. I’ve kept the toys away, but she currently has no bed in her crate because she will tear it apart and eat it if we leave. I want her to be comfortable, but I haven’t been able to find anything that she can’t destroy. I am very worried about her getting a bowel impaction if she has access to anything she can tear apart. She’s about 65 lbs currently and 8 months old. Any suggestions for something we could add to the crate to make her comfortable without the risk of her eating it?

Our older GSD also had issues with shredding things when he was younger, but he never ate the stuffing, which is what I am worried about here. Sorry for the bad photo quality, she moves too much for a good picture lol.
