Why was I taking photos of this dog and it's like glowwing

Either Puki was an angel or its the glare of my camera, maybe the sun too, but I don't get how a mist could form around him like that because the other pictures are okay. I don't know much about aura stuff, but I think it's seeable if the vision is unfocused or blurry, just like my phone lens.
