Need a name for our goofy boy!

My husband and I are in the process of adopting this sweet boy. He just turned 1, his current name is Sizz. But due to his past we want to rename him for a fresh start.

Sizz was constantly let loose by his original owner because the owner was sick of him. After being in and out of the pound the owner eventually just abandoned him at the pound… after telling the dog warden he’d pay him to get rid of Sizz because he was sick of him. Poor Sizz has clearly had it hard but has found redemption through the local prison dog training program. Sizz is now a new man and we think he ought to have a name that represents that. We just want to move past the past and the trauma he’s been through.

Our other dog’s name is Briar so no B names to avoid confusion. He’s a total goof. He is the most lovable guy but also seems to be missing a few brain cells😆 you can’t help but love him!

For anyone who thinks we shouldn’t rename him, we have a toddler and if he says Sizz it sounds like shits so we really can’t keep this name😅
