My sweet Sophie died today. She had a bad prognosis this morning, but we made the most of our short time left together today. She was surrounded by her favorite people as she fell asleep peacefully.
Sophie had a great 13 years on this earth. She enjoyed being by my side, going on walks, going bye-bye (especially to parks or to see Scarlet), triple-meat kabobs, chasing bumble bees, playing with her kitty-kitty, and wiggling on the couch and grass. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and loyal.
The world already feels emptier without her in it. She is forever loved.
