Nymeria the dire wolf queen. Known as Murder-Meria to some nonhumans.

This dog came home with me on my birthday 12 years ago as a 1 year old stray that no one wanted and had bounced around 4 shelters before landing at a kill shelter.

She’s is now comfortably retired and living in a small town on Lake Superior in northern WI.

She’s the sweetest creature you’ll ever meet and loves every human in the entire world. Only varmints fleeing have anything to fear when that prey drive kicks.

For those unfamiliar, or maybe you don’t remember, Nymeria is Arya Stark’s dire wolf. She is just as wild.
