Ellis crossed the rainbow bridge today, and I just need the world to know he was the best. What a privilege to have my soul dog for so long.

UPDATE: Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who took the time to know that Ellis was in the world. It has been so helpful, as today I’ve felt very empty and lost. We laid him to rest at our camp, near a beautiful apple orchard, deep in the woods of western Pennsylvania. He had a good, long life, and was the best living creature I’ve ever encountered. I’m not sure what life looks like now, but I know he was ready and so so brave. What an incredible love 🖤
