To my lovely boy

I just want people to know about him (and maybe smile for his sake since I've had too many tears today). His name was Freddy, and he was a sweetheart. We joked that he was secretly a cat or a fox, because he was so sneaky and often came at you butt first so you'd scratch him, but he was also so so *so* loving and loyal. He was always slinking up to be close to you if you were upset, jumping/running around like crazy (his nickname was crackhead), and he was the smartest dog I knew. He's my baby, and I will always love him.

He had cancer. It was a very aggressive tumor, and it had reached the point where the bad days were the worst they could be, and they happened much too often. He was so sweet, and he didn't deserve to suffer. I'll always see him as my boisterous boy and can only hope that he's launching himself at lizards wherever he may be. Love you baby 💜
