Josie 2016-2026

I had to let her go yesterday... She found me at a shelter in Mississippi when she was already an adult(2016). We had no idea how old she was. She wasn’t even registered on the shelters website yet. When I saw her and tried to squish my fingers through the chain links to pet her as much as I could, I fell in love.

She joined our family of two. She was amazing through raising 3 kids and 5 moves. She taught my children boundaries with animals and how they communicate. She was such a huge part of my family I honestly don’t know how I can get another dog.
