Is this kind of play healthy?

My Aussie is 6 years old and the puppies playing with him are about 14 weeks old. I make sure to monitor to make sure my Aussie isn’t getting harassed beyond what seems normal but should I not even let it get to this point? To me he seems fine, he could just stand up and walk away, but I’d rather be safe than sorry! Thank you!!
