I’ve had a stray dog for about 7 weeks. No chip, signs of trauma, and she was starved to the bone when someone found her and posted. She’s gained weight well and has an amazing personality but cannot seem to grasp peeing outside. I’m looking for any tips, tricks, or basic training methods.

She’s not my first dog but there just seems to be a disconnect between knowing peeing inside is wrong but doing it anyway. There’s an attached pic of her hiding because I say ‘no no no’ and things like that but today I just said ‘why dude? Why?’ She knows but for some reason just forgets when she’s outside?
