Lost dog Help

I saw this dog in the street chasing a lady in the streets, he was not asking her aggressive more like playfully. She ended up coming towards me so i help her out. I put it in my dag cage and feed it. But the thing is, that dog look in bad condition, fur is almost gone, there is a lamb growing by its stomach, i dont really know it belly is big don't know if shes pregnantor not. Need some advice on how to go about getting help for this dog. I wanna call animal control but based my research they might put her down. In contact with the laby.
