| Hi all, I really need some advice. A couple years ago, we took our dog to a mountain for camping. That’s where he licked a toad for the first time. Ever since then, whenever it’s toad season, he turned into a hunter and actively searches for the toads. After licking a toad, he goes completely out. He doesn’t respond to commands, eyes glazed over, looks like he’s on another planet. So kinda like people on drugs. Yesterday it got really bad. He licked one and then suddenly went full zoom mode and bolted. We almost lost him. Honestly terrifying. At this point I feel like I’m dealing with a furry addict. Do I need to send him to rehab? Jokes aside, I’m actually really worried and want to fix this before something worse happens. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? [link] [comments] |
