I guess I’m a mother now

I was biking in my neighborhood when this lady sped up by me, dropped her dog off and sped off. I immediately took him in and gave him a bath and now he just chilling in my house. Idk what to do I was not planning on having another dog but I was not going to leave him by himself ( I named him Iggy)
