Best Girl

She is my heart and soul. The reason I live. She is about to be 13 and is in the hospital right now. Vet says she might have gallbladder disease. That if her blood work improves they could consider surgery for removal and she could live with a good quality of life. But if her blood work comes back worse tomorrow, we should discuss end of life care. I’m devastated. If the blood work doesn’t improve should I get a second opinion or is it time to let go?
