Help, my dog won't eat anything

It all started yesterday when Marlow didn’t eat his lunch. I thought it's normal he might not be hungry because i gave him chicken bones to chew on while I was meal prepping.

I tried everything we have, but he won't eat anything. Any ideas what I should do?

This is the first time he is doing something like this...
