RIP Porter

Porter, You were more than a pet or a friend. You were my kid. You were my family. The way you loved so unconditionally. The way you were excited just to see me, and interesting in literally every single thing I did. Ive had dogs before, but I've never had such a deep bond with another animal before. You were so good at communicating in your own ways. You were such a smart boy, and such an amazing animal. Im going to miss you forever. This is going to take a while. I dont know how to get over this. Our house is not a home, without you here. The silence is so awful and painful. I hope the treats and toys are good up there, my dearest companion.
