To my little Olivia, 2009-2025 🌈🕊️💕

I was once 12 when I wrote this about you -

“ Olivia my puppy, my puppy Olivia rocks she is a great puppy she is cute, cuddly and very nice so Olivia is the best puppy in the world. If anyone had her they would be very lucky like me. Olivia rocks whoo. Go Olivia.

And now that I am 28, I can wholeheartedly say, Olivia, you rock 💕 + more

We met on Canada Day, July 1st 2009. You were 2.5 months old and I was just 11, turning 12 later that year.

We had been inseparable ever since then. You have been there through all of my milestones - middle school, high school, college, first big job, first car etc.

You loved your walks, chicken, belly rubs, car rides and sleeping on my bed💤

You’re my first dog and the best dog I could have ever asked for💕 a little shy and lots of love. You were truly my best friend and my biggest comforter. Bad day at work? That’s ok, I had my little Olivia. Friendship losses? Also had my little Olivia so I knew everything was going to be OK.

There has been nothing I have loved more than you. You were such a fighter - Heart failure, Kidney failure & Ulcer all while just weighing 13 pounds.

I’m heartbroken and have always dreaded the day you would leave me but I know you are at peace and watching over me. I love looking at our pictures and videos, all the memories filled with love, fun and happiness 💕

You will be the only dog in my life but I hope I can continue to work hard and the universe blesses me so I can help other innocent doggies 🙏🏽

RIP Olivia - until we meet again 🕊️💕🌈 16.8 years wasn’t enough.
