Bo's last walk

Bo's last walk

I took my Aunt and Uncle's dog for a walk shortly before he passed away. It turned out to his final walk. He seemed really happy, and I'm glad I got to enjoy such a special day with him at the end of his life. If I was able to help to bring him any closer to peace in those final weeks, which must have been physically and emotionally difficult, I would be honored. I know he didn't "know" he was dying, in the same way we do, but the body still experiences and senses the decline, regardless. I think dogs are more conscious than we give them credit for, and I felt a special connection to Bo that day. Peace and love to everyone and their doggies!
