My dog protected me from a feral unleashed dog this morning

My dog is a Samoyed. As you may know, they’re very friendly, loving and literally have 0 agression towards anything

But during our morning walks today, suddenly a feral, unleashed dog started barking at us, lunging at us and tried to bite us. I’ve never seen my dog fighting back before! She usually just run when she saw something shes scared of, like when a cat tries to attack her, she just run away. But the dog was getting very close to me and her, she was standing and shifting right in front of me and tried to keep a distance, she barked so fiercely and angrily towards the feral dog.

So surprised yet so proud of my girl 😭. And dont worry one gets hurt!
