Today my dog Lolita of 16 and a half years passed away

She was born on March 7, 2009 and we got her on May 10 of that year when she was a puppy. She will always be in my heart because she was my childhood dog. I was 11 years old in 5th grade when we got her and now I am 27. She was having very severe medical challenges for some time now causing her much pain and so my family and I decided to have her put to sleep today in accordance with the doctors recommendations. Rest easy Lolita, you were family and the best friend I've ever had and I love you very much. May you find peace in paradise.
