I lost my dog yesterday and can’t cope

The picture of him was 2 days before he died suddenly we were playing outside and getting groomed that day it was such a good day. I never expected I’d lose him just a few days later. I have had loss in the past but nothing hurts like this I’m depressed can’t sleep or eat. Idk what to do does anyone have coping advice?
