Rescued dog

I took in a 8 month golden doodle yesterday who’s been neglected their whole life. Never been on a walk, hair never brush, never had a haircut (dw she’s getting one today!) ,never played with, you name it. She’s still a puppy so I’m aware certain things comes with training but are there any tips on how to potty train? When she pees, she does it standing up, she doesn’t squat or anything so there’s also no warning she’s gonna pee. She’ll be walking and peeing as she goes. She also pees whenever she gets spooked. On top of that, she gets spooked of everything .. and I mean everything. Simple things like keys jingling startle her. She’s such a sweet and loving dog. Any tips on her restroom usage will be helpful! Also tips on potty training inside the house! She was outside 100% of the time at her previous home.
