What breed is this Puppy I got for free at Walmart?

I was at Walmart when I saw someone giving free puppies from their trunk. Flea ridden and the last one I had to take her. Gave her a bath and care package from petsmart, and scheduled her vet tomorrow for basics. The guy spoke no English so I pretty much just grabbed the dog and we drove off. Any idea what the breed is?
